Then, register your tickets in the Loyalty section and that’s it. For each accumulation of €80 you can count one participation, the more participations, the better!

🧾 Guide to Validating Your Receipts
Before uploading your purchase receipts to our app, please review these recommendations to ensure they are valid and not rejected.
👉 What type of receipts are accepted?
Only valid purchase receipts issued by stores in the Diagonal Mar shopping center during the promotional period are accepted. Return receipts, balance slips, and promotional coupons or loyalty vouchers are not accepted.
👉 How should I take a photo of the receipt?
- Place the ticket on a flat, well-lit surface.
- Make sure the photo is clear.
- Capture the entire receipt: the participating store, date, time, and purchase amount must be visible.
- Avoid folding or cutting the receipt.
- Do not upload the receipt upside down.
👉 What information must be clearly visible?
- Store Name
- Diagonal Mar Shopping Center Reference
- Purchase Date and Time
- Total Amount
👉 What happens if I upload the same receipt multiple times?
👉 Why was my receipt rejected?
A receipt can be rejected for several reasons, such as:
- Illegible or blurry receipt.
- Receipt outside the promotion period.
- Receipt from a non-participating store.
- Duplicate receipt.
- Incomplete or cut receipt.
- Receipt photo upside down.
- The system sometimes confuses the store’s registered address with the shopping center’s address, and therefore rejects the receipt even if it is valid.
👉 What should I do if the system rejects the receipt even though it meets the requirements?
In that case, if the ticket and the photo meet all the requirements detailed above, you must go to the Customer Service Point or promotion stand, where we will validate your ticket manually.
