alguns consells <strong>per a estimular la pr&agrave;ctica regular d&rsquo;esport i que aconsegueixis posar-te en forma, prevenir l&rsquo;aparici&oacute; de futurs problemes de salut i aconseguir un estat de benestar <\/strong>&ograve;ptim, tant f&iacute;sic com mental.<br><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Combina l&rsquo;entrenament de c&agrave;rdio amb l&rsquo;entrenament de for&ccedil;a<\/strong>: &ldquo;&eacute;s primordial alternar unes tres rutines d&rsquo;entrenament de for&ccedil;a a la setmana amb dues sessions de c&agrave;rdio de baixa intensitat, com saltar a la corda, ciclisme o nataci&oacute;&rdquo;, assenyala Sandoval.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Realitza almenys 12 minuts de caminada di&agrave;ria per a sortir del sedentarisme<\/strong>, encara que millor en si s&oacute;n m&eacute;s. Sortir a caminar o a fer ioga &eacute;s essencial per a millorar l&rsquo;estat de salut i aconseguir la longevitat. Com m&eacute;s temps li dediquis, millor.
